Built in 1879, the Prince Building was originally used as a manufacturing facility and was known as the Havemeyer Building, before being converted to loft-style office and retail space. Aurora aquired the asset in 2001 and brought in heavy-hitting office and retail tenants inlcuding Group Nine Media, ZocDoc, Equinox, Forever21, sneaker brand APL’s only Northeast store, and Hugo Boss.
